Understand
Learn why grief can feel physical, disorienting, and unpredictable—without reducing your experience to a neat set of stages.
A practical, human way through grief
There is no perfect timeline and no prize for holding it together. This guided eight-week experience helps you understand what grief is doing, steady the days that feel unsteady, and begin living alongside what has changed.
Grief comes in waves. You can learn to meet them.
Not by rushing. Not by forgetting. By building capacity.
Grief can disrupt sleep, concentration, appetite, relationships, work, faith, and your sense of who you are. The program makes room for the whole experience—not only the moments that are easy to explain.
Learn why grief can feel physical, disorienting, and unpredictable—without reducing your experience to a neat set of stages.
Practice simple ways to lower overwhelm, make decisions with less strain, and build a day that asks only what you can give.
Explore identity, connection, meaning, and the next chapter without treating forward movement as leaving someone behind.
The cohort path
Select a week to see what we will explore and practice together.
We begin by replacing the timeline with a map. You will name what has changed, notice your own grief rhythms, and define what support would mean right now.
Grief is a whole-body experience. We explore attention, memory, sleep, stress, and why ordinary tasks can suddenly feel impossibly hard.
One loss often contains many losses. We notice changes in role, routine, safety, belonging, identity, and imagined future.
Survival deserves structure, not shame. You will build a minimum-viable day and practice asking for the specific help you need.
The goal is not to erase emotion. We practice grounding, pacing, and ways to make room for a wave without letting it take the whole day.
Capacity changes after loss. We work with boundaries, role pressure, communication, and the invisible labor of carrying grief into ordinary rooms.
Difficult feelings do not make you difficult. We slow down the loops that keep replaying and look for a kinder, more truthful way to hold what cannot be changed.
Moving forward is not moving on. We gather what you have learned, prepare for future landmines, and name the values you want to carry into the life ahead.
Is this for me?
This is for adults living with bereavement or another life-changing loss who want education, practical tools, and the steadiness of a guided group. You may be newly grieving, years beyond the loss, or somewhere that has no useful name.
Sharing is invited, never demanded. Faith may be part of your story, but no religious conclusion is required.
Founding cohort
The inaugural online cohort begins the week of January 19, 2027. Ten seats keep the room personal, with space for thoughtful conversation and guided practice.
Future cohorts will be $497 early-bird or $597 standard, with a capacity of 16 and a minimum of 8 participants to run.
A facilitator-ready edition is being developed for chaplains, pastors, and care leaders who want to host an eight-week group with warmth, structure, and appropriate boundaries.
There is no deadline for being changed by love.
It is to become more able to carry what happened, receive what still helps, and recognize the life that is still yours.
